These eyeliners are nicely pigmented (what you see in the pencil is what you'll get). My favorite is 917 Purple. You can get these on eBay for Php120 to Php150 each. A good substitute for eyeshadows when I want a simplier look. I hope I can have 1 or 2 more colors!
